Ingredients:
Organic Raw Cacao Powder (Criollo), Organic Food Grade Sweet Orange Essential Oil 

Caffeine Content:
Small amount of naturally occurring caffeine in Cacao

Brewing Guidelines:
Add 12g of the  Cacao Blend to hot milk or water (or both). Stir, whizz, blend for a creamy, chocolatey drink. Option to sweeten using honey.
