At Mooncraft & Magick, every product is lovingly handmade and carefully packed in our workshop. As a small, independent business, we personally handle every aspect of production and shipping, which means your order may take between 1-7 business days to be dispatched, especially during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Delivery Methods
Our standard delivery includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey. For expedited or special delivery requests, please email us at chloe@mooncraftandmagick.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Mooncraft & Magick currently delivers to locations within the United Kingdom. If you require international delivery, please reach out to our customer support team to discuss available options, delivery rates, and estimated delivery times.
5. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £35. For orders under this amount, delivery fees will vary based on the size and destination of your parcel. All applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout.
